Apple is one of those companies that needs no introduction, so I won't do that here. As one of the most recognized brands in the world, Apple seems like a must-have in any portfolio. Now there is an argument to be had that says Apple is already over-allocated, as Apple makes up a good percentage of the S&P 500 and the S&P 500 makes up a good percentage of 401K accounts. Even knowing I already owned a decent amount of Apple, I wanted to own it outright and I'm happy I did so. No plans to sell, but also no real plans to buy more.
